S54 Coffee commits to 100% free product replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product variant, packaging size, or quantity compared to the confirmed order.
  • Damaged packaging, broken seal, or defective one-way degassing valve during transit.
  • Coffee quality issues (unusual moisture, foreign odors uncharacteristic of fresh roasted coffee).

2. Manual Coffee Grinder Warranty

  • Official 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (CNC burr mechanism, central axle, bearing assembly).
  • 1-to-1 replacement within the first 30 days if a hardware defect occurs.
